Paper Submission Instruction

Paper type

The authors have two options for paper submission.

1. "Published paper (2-6 pages)" is a conference paper with peer review. If the accepted paper is presented onsite and the Online Publishing Agreement is successfully submitted before the deadline, the paper will be published online. If the paper is not presented by the author at the conference, your paper will be excluded from the conference proceeding. Published papers will be archived in the IEICE proceedings archive.
2. "Non-published paper (1 page)" is a technical report without peer review, and its extended version can be published elsewhere. The non-published papers will be included in the conference proceeding, but they will not be in public online.

Copyright

For published papers: All copyrights including rights for publishing in any media, are transferred to the IEICE.

For non-published papers: The copyright is not transferred to the IEICE but is reserved to the author(s).

　- Published: Aug. 18 25(Extended), 2025
　- Non-published: Sep. 15(Extended) Aug. 31, 2025

Web entry and Paper submission MUST be completed by each deadline.


1. Please submit your paper from this paper submission page. Please also note that the corresponding author selects any one of paper types (published paper or non-published paper) in this page.
   
   - "Published paper" is a conference paper with peer review. If the accepted paper is presented onsite and the Online Publishing Agreement is successfully submitted before the deadline, the paper will be published online. If the paper is not presented by the author at the conference, your paper will be excluded from the conference proceeding.
   
   - "Non-published paper" is a technical report without peer review, and its extended version can be published elsewhere. The non-published papers will be included in the conference proceeding, but they will not be in public online.


2. YOUNG ENGINEERS PROGRAM
   Young authors (typically 33 or less) are solicited to register their paper as a Young Engineers' Session (YES) paper upon your paper submission. The YES paper is invited to be presented both at a short presentation session and an interactive forum to obtain intensive technical feedbacks from high quality specialists in the field. Award winners will be selected from each of the TJMW or AWPT technical areas.


3. Corresponding authors who select the “published paper” submission type must submit a signed Online Publishing Agreement (OPA). The OPA submission page will open on 5 September 2025 on the TJMW&AWPT 2025 website. Please upload the OPA no later than 19 September 2025. A OPA is not required for “non-published papers” submissions.
