Summary:
The optical absorption properties of the thin-film solar cell (SC) is an important manifestation of its performance. Finite-difference frequency-domain (FDFD) method is employed to discretize the Maxwell’s equations for the designed structure. The relationship between the absorbed power density with the design structure and the incident angle were deeply explored. Our numerical results can provide a reference for the design and optimization of thin film solar cells.
