Summary:
The author theoretically analyzed TM electromagnetic plane wave scattering characteristics of a dielectric slab with an infinite subwavelength periodic slot array filled with a semiconductor in which semiconductor plasma are optically induced with light every the interval of the integer time its original period of the infinite subwavelength periodic slot array. It is theoretically explained how the scattering characterisctics of the infinite subwavelenth slot arry are controlled using photoinduced plasma. And it is theoretically discussed about the possibility of the application of the subwavelength periodic slot array to the optoelectronically controlled reconfigurable circuits at millimeter wave frequency band.
