Summary:
As network devices become more widespread and more powerful, the power they consume has been a significant problem. In order to achieve low-power and low-latency network, in this paper we propose a new packet burst transmission scheme and evaluated its performance. The proposed scheme keeps the power consumption close to the ideal, along with keeping the latency below the target.
