Summary:
A 2D smoothing by utilizing vectorization operation to combine parameters both in spatial and time domains is introduced to compensate the disadvantages of the conventional 1D smoothing techniques (spatial and temporal smoothing) in non-stationary environments caused by short measurement period of fast-moving targets. Two criterias are defined to evaluate the decorrelation of coherent signals and the seperation between signal and noise subspace.
