Summary:

HTTP/3 is newest version of HTTP.This uses QUIC. Using QUIC allows UDP-based communication with TCP’s congestion control algorithms. In case of improve TCP BBR, the simultaneously communication which uses CUBIC TCP and TCP BBR is faster than usual.
