Summary:
A frequency and pattern reconfigurable antenna for Wireless LAN application is proposed. The proposed antenna is compact and printed in order to be suitable for easily integrated to WLAN system. The proposed antenna consists of a radiator with chip inductors and parasitic elements. The antenna has compact and simple structure, high gain, and directional radiation patterns.
