Summary:
In this paper, a planar waveguide Continuous Transverse Stub (CTS) array antenna is proposed. In order to improve antenna impedance matching characteristic and working bandwidth, the technology of Multi-step impedance matching is utilized. Properties of the proposed antenna are obtained by the HFSS. The results show that, the value of VSWR is less than 1.5 over the 7.2GHz to 13GHz and the gain at 12GHz is 33.11dB.
