Summary:
This study attempts to implement a synchronization technique for inaudible sound communication systems. The conventional technique estimates the starting phase of the synchronization pattern by calculating the correlation between the synchronization pattern and its received symbols. The proposed approach replaces this calculation with a table lookup of de Bruijn sequences. This paper describes the basic idea of the proposed approach based on some experimental results.
