Summary:
The Pandemic of COVID-19 has changed a lifestyle in a world to use more telecommunication networks for daily study, business, and medical healthcare. To support such social serves, ultra-reliable and secure, i.e. dependable, sophisticated information communication technologies(ICT) such as beyond 5G(6G), body area network(BAN), and data science such as artificial intelligence(AI), virtual reality(VR) can be integrated for dependable virtual clinic or hospital which can be connected between patients and clinical doctors, among different expert doctors, nurses, therapists, and between personal clinics and large hospitals. This paper introduces such a dependable virtual clinic project and proposes various advanced ICT such as ultra-wideband(UWB) BAN, 5G/6G cloud computing, and machine learning for medical big data by a universal platform with UWB-BAN, 5G/6G, and AI big data mining. The project applies the standard platform for UAE-Japan. EU-Japan collaboration and promotes IEEE802.15 an interest group for enhanced dependability in wireless networks(IG-DEP) standardization. A comprehensive solution to promote research, development, and business with standard and regulation for dependable medical healthcare with and after a pandemic is described.
