Summary:
Optically transparent titanium dioxide and Barium titanium dioxide material by sputtering have shown to have high permittivity in the gigahertz regime. This makes it potential good electromagnetic shielding material for the dome of drone which housed the IR/ visible camera needed for navigation and to capture the image of ground terrain. In this work, airline method and arch reflectance technique are used to determine its permittivity and also to obtain the S11 parameter which is indicative of its good anti-reflective properties in the gigahertz regime especially for the radar X-Band
