Summary:
In addition to provide high bandwidth transmission for scientific research equipment, short-distance wireless communication technology is important to overcome the installation costs and to simplify the management by reducing cables in the research equipment. This paper proposes a method to apply millimeter wave communication technology that uses a high frequency band of 60 GHz or higher to satisfy the communication required for scientific research equipment. In short-distance communication for scientific research equipment, the short reach of high-bandwidth frequencies can be utilized as an advantage that can maximize frequency reusability. Through this, it is possible to provide a great use case of high-bandwidth frequencies above 60 GHz in non- commercial area applications.
