Summary:
In the wireless power transfer technology, a power transmission method using localized mode is possible by using an LC resonant circuit array in the transmitter circuit. This transmission method can suppress the efficiency variation with the horizontal position of the receiving coil and can selectively concentrate the power around the receiving coil[1]. In the previous studies, only the condition in which the power receiving coil is stationary has been discussed. However, from the viewpoint of practical use, it is assumed that the power receiving coil may move. In this study, we numerically investigate the tracking of the localized energy to the movement of the receiving coil.
