Summary:
We show that, based upon the Luttinger mode, the saturation drift velocity v_sat of grapheme is inversely proportional to the dielectric constant of graphene, ε, with the proportional constant on the order of the Bohr velocity. we discuss the substrate-dependent ε by considering of the role of metal contacts attached to the graphene.
