Summary:
The Luo-Rudy model is one of the current mathematical models of cardiomyocyte. However, the membrane potential produced by the Luo-Rudy model has a notch that is clearly different from the membrane potential of actual animal models. Therefor, in this study, the Luo-Rudy model was modified. As a result, the time-dependent current IK and inward current Isi were found to be closely related to the notch generation.
