Summary:
A bicycle sharing system (BSS) has problem that users cannot rent or return bicycles at ports. To solve the problem, many researchers have proposed BSS rebalancing problems to find efficient routes. In the BSS rebalancing problem, various constraints are considered, for example, capacity and time limit constraints of the vehicles. In this paper, we investigate the importance of the time limit constraint for the BSS rebalancing problem.
