Summary:
We investigate synchronization phenomenon in coupled excitatory and inhibitory neurons with ladder structure. As a result, from bifurcation analysis, the neurons have a wide parameter region in which stable synchronous firing is observed as the external DC current of hub neuron is lager than that of outer neurons. We obtain that the neurons achieve synchronization at the higher firing frequency than criteria frequencies of the neurons by comparing the firing period with the synaptic injection interval.
