Summary:
In this paper, I propose, design and evaluate 3-input 2-output comparator circuit based on rail-to-rail operational amplifier using subthreshold region. Proposed circuit has additional pMOSFET and nMOSFET input pair and cascade output circuit. As the results, less than a few MHz operations at 0.5V power supply can be achieved.
