Summary:
This article investigates Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) curves of LiFePO4 (LFP) Lithium-ion Battery (LiB) which has nonlinear characteristics, with Low Current Technique (LCT) and Galvanostatic Intermittent Titration Technique (GITT). The LCT and GITT are the technique to measure the OCV curve. We measure the charge/discharge OCV curves with these technique, and examine, (1) hysteresis characteristics of the charge / discharge OCV curves with them, and (2) dependence of the hysteresis voltage on the relaxation time in GITT. Our experimental results imply that the charge / discharge OCV curves with GITT does not change for the time 1hour.
