Summary:
Recently a new power packet dispatching system is proposed and developed as bottom-up technology at physical layer and top-down strategy in algorithm. The system development may change power distribution completely different from the conventional low power network. This paper shows a model of the packetized power flow and the general formulation of power transfer from view point of energy and entropy
