Summary:
Authors proposed mutual coupling reduction technique with CRLH-TL (Composite Right/Left Handed Transmission Line) parasitic element concern for integration both Vehicle-infrastructure Cooperative Systems and Telematics antenna elements because those two media use similar frequency band and mutual coupling is inevitable. The amount of isolation is 4.7 dB higher than without CRLH-TL parasitic element between Vehicle-infrastructure Cooperative Systems and Telematics antenna, as compared without it. It is confirmed that the proposal is effective through the experiment of the prototype antenna which is closed practical used radome size.
