Summary:
Nonlinear conducting behaviors and negative differential resistance in organic solids and their physical mechanism are briefly introduced. The current oscillation and the pulse generation based on the nonlinearity in several materials are shown. The observed phenomena are the relaxation oscillation. The problems and the challenges inherent to the organic materials are discussed.
