Summary:
Manipulation of single atom has come into realization with the development of non-optical microscope technology like scanning tunneling microscope or atomic force microscope (AFM). Especially the recent experiments using AFM have demonstrated surprisingly diverse controllability of single atoms. Classical mechanical simulation is studied to support the resonant effect in the atomic manipulation using AFM.
