Summary:
We present the main results of a study on the use of anisotropic metasurfaces to realize an antenna radiating a circularly polarized field in an isoflux shaped beam pattern, suitable for LEO satellite application. We summarize the theory on which the design process is founded, and show the results provided by experimental measurements on a prototype.
