Only invite and poster abstracts can be submitted.
Abstract Publication: All accepted abstracts will be included as-submitted in the AWAD Workshop Digest that is distributed to all workshop attendees.
Prospective authors must submit 2-page maximum camera-ready paper (including figures and tables) for the technical digest with author information via the workshop website.

Special issues in Journal of Semiconductor Technology and Science (JSTS)
Authors are encouraged to submit their extended manuscript to the special issue either in ‘Journal of Semiconductor Technology and Science’ or ‘IEICE Transactions on Electronics’ (SCIE journals). The submitted papers will be published via a peer-review process. Detailed information regarding the submission procedures will be announced at the workshop and conference website.
