Bank transfer payment of the registration fee must be made in JPY (Japanese Yen).

Cancellation policy
Please note that refund will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.Once you have registered, your registration cannot be changed online. Any change or cancellation must be made in writing to the Registration Desk.
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm [Japan time] except the national holidays. After working hours, cancellation will be made next working day, which may incur charges.
