August 6, 2021: Deadline for advanced registration has been extended to 17:00, August 16.
July 7, 2021: Deadline for abstract submission has been extended to July 17.
June 16, 2021: Online registration is now available.
May 18, 2021: Online Abstract Submission is now available.
April 12, 2021: "AWAD2021" August 26-27 will be held virtually.
April 8, 2020: The committee has decided to postpone "AWAD2020"
in response to the growing risk of the spread of
the new coronavirus infection "COVID-19".
Future event will be announced after the end
of the infectious disease.
October 1, 2019: The website was opened.

Presentations: All presentations are in live format and there are no on-demand presentations.
Oral presentations
Plenary talk: 40min (including 5-min Q&A)
Invited talk: 30min (including 5-min Q&A)
Contributed oral talk: 15 minutes (including 3-min Q&A)
Poster presentations
The poster session will be held in a breakout session of the web conferencing system.
Online registration: Online registration will be suspended from 12:00pm, August 23 to 9:00am, August 26 due to the online conference system settings.
After that, online registration will open at 9:00am, on August 26 again. Please note that there may be a slight time lag (about 1 hour at the longest) after Payment Confirmation before you receive your ID/PW to join the online conference.
Young Researcher Awards: Young Researchers will be awarded to outstanding oral/poster presentations by young researchers.
Author registration guideline: At least one author of the paper must register no later than July 30, 2021 to be included in the program and the proceeding.
