IEICE Technical Committee on Smart Radio
Purpose
The IEICE Technical Committee on Smart Radio is committed to exploring further possibilities and methods for realizing smart radio technologies such as software-defined radio
and cognitive radio from a systematic perspective. It provides a forum for researchers in related fields to gather and discuss contributing to the promotion of education research development and standardization in this field across industry academia and government both domestically and internationally. Moreover the committee aims to foster the emergence of new research themes in boundary areas without limiting its focus to specific fields thereby expanding research into interdisciplinary academic domains.
