Awards

ISAP2016 hosts two categories of awards for the outstanding papers.

Best Paper Award

Based on the evaluation results of the submitted papers, some papers are selected as “Best Paper Award Finalists”. The finalists of the Best Paper Awards are notified about one month before of ISAP2016.

The finalists are requested to participate in the conference banquet. The winners of the awards are announced in the conference banquet.

Student Paper Award

An applicant to the Student Paper Award must be a student at the submission of the paper and the presenter of the paper. Some papers are selected from the applicants as “Student Paper Award Finalists” based on evaluation results of the submitted papers.

The Student Paper Award finalists are requested to show their valid documents to verify that they are students. The presentations by the Student Paper Awards finalists will be assigned at a poster session. A selection board is formed to select the Student Paper Award winners.

The finalists are requested to participate in the conference banquet. The winners of the awards are announced in the conference banquet.
