On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure and honor to welcome you to the International Conference on Emerging Technologies for Communications (ICETC) 2026.

ICETC is the flagship conference of the IEICE Communications Society. Covering all technical areas of information and communications, this conference aims to share cutting-edge research outcomes, create synergies across diverse technical fields, and foster the next generation of young researchers. Over the years, it has grown into a vital platform where researchers and engineers from both academia and industry gather to engage in vibrant discussions and deepen international exchange.

This year marks a significant milestone in the history of ICETC. By hosting the conference here in Taipei, we take an important step toward expanding our global reach and strengthening collaboration with the international communications community.
