Abstract submission

Deadline is September 15st, 2025.

Prospective authors are cordially requested to submit an abstract (max 100 words) through the Submission System of technical group on SANE with the title of the paper, the author's name (s), affiliation, and contact information.
Submission System: https://www.ieice.org/cs/sane/eng/index.html. The contact information should include postal address, telephone/ facsimile numbers and e-mail address.

This is the answer regarding the inquiry about "Type of your paper" when submitting a manuscript. Common presenters should select "General Talk(*)" when submitting. If you are a student presenter, please select "Students and Young Researchers Session." For Young Scientist Award (YSA) submission, please check the box at the bottom of the submission page.

Please note that for ICSANE 2025, and in order to ensure the same quality control as regular international conference/workshop, abstracts will be reviewed by Technical Program Committee (TPC) members, and also by other reviewers.

Abstract Acceptance notification : September 22th, 2025 [Acceptance List]
Camera-ready paper submission : October 24th, 2025 (9:00 AM)

We require you to submit the final manuscript (minimum 1 page, maximum 6 pages) of your paper on or before "October 24th, 2025 (9:00 AM)" at our paper submission web site (the precise deadline and URL must be indicated in a mail from ken [at] ieice.org) for publication in the ICSANE 2025 Proceedings. Failure to submit your final manuscript by the deadline may result in the removal of your paper from the final program of the Conference. Presenters of ICSANE2025 must pay the submission fee at the payment page of submission web system, that will be announced in the mail from ken [at] ieice.org, and will download the electronic proceedings.

Please use the format [Microsoft Word] to prepare the paper of ICSANE 2025.

Recommendation:
Authors of the presented papers are recommended and invited to submit an extended paper for consideration of publication in IEICE Transactions on Communications (Impact Factor: 0.598 (2022))
