Note that even if you wish to attend online via ZOOM, the attendance fee will still be required. However, only the planned sessions will be available for online viewing. General sessions will not be available for online attendance via ZOOM.
Paid Registration Page (Confit)
If you cannot access Confit (Appliance Error (configuration_error) Your request could not be processed because of a configuration error: "Account is locked out." For assistance, contact your network support team.), please register atlas.jp as a trusted site.
If you apply for attendance through the "Free Attendance Application Page" below, you will be able to attend the sessions for free, but you will not have access to the conference proceedings.
You can choose either "Credit Card" or "Bank Transfer (Virtual Account)" as the payment method. Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the conference office by the payment deadline, your application will be canceled.
Only "Credit Card" payment is accepted during this period.
Please proceed with the payment of the attendance fee promptly after your application. If payment is not confirmed, you will not be able to download your participation certificate. Please make sure to allow enough time for payment.
Also, even if you are unable to attend after applying, cancellations will not be accepted after payment has been made. Please be careful to avoid double payment if both individual and institution payments are made. In the case of double payment, the refund will be issued minus the bank transfer fee. Thank you for your understanding.
The bank transfer fee is the responsibility of the applicant. The transfer destination bank will be GMO Aozora Net Bank (virtual account). Please transfer to the account listed on the invoice.
Please refrain from transferring to the conference or general account at MUFG Bank.
Confit uses virtual accounts for bank transfers. A virtual account is assigned to each participant as the transfer destination, allowing the identification of the participant from the transfer destination account. Therefore, it is not possible to transfer for multiple participants at once. Even if the transferor's name differs from the applicant's name, it is managed by the transfer destination account, so there is no need to notify the conference office.
For the invoice and receipt for the participation fee, please obtain them from your My Page on the conference registration system (Confit). Additionally, we do not issue estimates or delivery notes.
Please download your participation certificate from the conference registration system (Confit). However, this is only available for those whose participation fees have been confirmed. We kindly ask you to print the certificate in advance and bring it to the conference venue. Please note that if you print the certificate at the venue, there will be a printing fee of 500 yen in cash.
