電子情報通信学会 光エレクトロニクス研究会(OPE)、
レーザ・量子エレクトロニクス研究会(LQE)、
光集積及びシリコンフォトニクス特別研究専門委員会(PICS)では、
12月研究会として主なスコープを半導体レーザ関連技術、パッシブデバイス技術,
光集積技術及びシリコンフォトニクスに設定し、
『Photonic Device Workshop』(PDW)を共催いたします。
