Electronics Society Fellow Peer Review Committee Chairman Masataka Nakazawa
Article 2, Section 4 of IEICE regulations states that, “The title of Fellow shall be conferred upon regular members who have made a significant contribution to the Society and whose contribution towards his or her field of study, technology, or business related to the field has been clearly recognized.”
Fellow candidates will be chosen by the Fellow Peer Review Committee and Executive Committee from among the candidates nominated, and nominations will be sent to the Fellow Nomination Committee of the Conferences Division at the Electronics Society.
We hereby ask for your nomination for a suitable candidate for the title of Fellow in the field of Electronics.

Generally, Fellow candidate nomination must come from “at least one individual who has been a member, honorary member, or overseas section representative for more than 10 years (total)”. Evaluation sheets from at least 3 evaluators (honorary members or Fellows) will also need to be submitted.
The nomination form(s) and evaluation sheets are to be sent separately by each nominator and evaluator by January 31, 2010 (as indicated by the postmark on the envelope) to the following address:
