for Authors:

Presentation
equipments : :
Please
confirm devices you need for presentation. PC projectors will be
prepared, thanks to ARRC, but OHP is not available since no presenter
had requested.
It
is preferred that presenter use the lectern PC in the Auditorium, if
possible,
just to make sure there are no video syncing issues - if your
presentations
are standard Powerpoint, all you need do is copy them on
to
USB drives. Otherwise a laptop would work. It would create
difficulties
bringing a desktop PC into the Auditorium and is probably
not
necessary unless the presentation is very specialized.
PC
projector in the Boardroom will be also prepared,
Power
outlets are available in each room.

SUBMIT :
Prospective authors are cordially
requested to submit, abstract with the title of the paper, the authorfs
name(s), affiliation, and contact information of mailing address,
telephone / facsimile numbers and e-mail address, through the Registration
System (or http://www.ieice.org/cs/sane/eng)
of technical group on SANE,
IEICE Japan.
The
accepted papers are shown at advanced program.

The registration fee of WSANE2007 is free.
The proceedings is provided for free only to authors
and will be sold for 5,500JPY.

The deadline of a final
camera-ready paper is March 15,
2007.
Please keep this deadline strictly, or the paper might not be
published.
Instruction of paper submission has been sent for authors via
e-mail form IEICE when the registration was completed.
For this conference, electrical manuscript submissions is
provided. You can find your own URL for upload in the e-mail from
IEICE entitled
g [IEICE] Submission - SANE - etc. g .
