for attendee:

Participant
who
does not give a presentation is also welcomed in
WSANE2007.
Basically,
the attendee without presentation does not need to
pre-register. (Only free-registration on the day at the venue will be
required.)
However,
the attendee who wishes to attend the banquet and/or technical
tour is desired to send e-mail indicating the name(s) and affiliation to
sane_ac-chair@mail.ieice.org. This request is for
preparation.
Registration
Registration
can
be done from 3:30PM to 6:00PM on Sunday April 15 at lobby in
Sheraton
Perth Hotel, not ARRC.
On Monday April 16, the registration starts from 9:00AM in
ARRC.
Lunch
:
Catering
service in ARRC will provide lunch for the workshop participants on
Monday and Tuesday . The participants can purchase their lunch
food. Please pay for lunch yourself to caterer on the day.
Banquet is scheduled at Sheraton
Perth Hotel
on the evening
(7PM-9PM),
Monday,
April 16 the workshop
first day. Participator
is requested to send E-mail indicating the name(s) to
sane_ac-chair@mail.ieice.org.
（Now more than 30 members are going to join the banquet.） We apologize
for informing late. The speakers, who had
checked
participate
against "Questionnaire for
banquet"
in the Registration system, are also requested to
send E-mail in order to surely confirm.
The
banquet fee is now expected to be about 83.00 AUD now and collected
in cash AUD on the day. Secretaries might not be able to prepare the
changes.

Perth Hotel
is located in downtown, 6km far from ARRC. See hotel's Map.
The
detail including place and time will be be
shown on
this site and informed you after deciding.

The registration fee of WSANE2007 is free.
The proceedings is provided for free only to authors
and will be sold for 5,500JPY.

Technical
Tour
is planned on Wednesday April 18, as follows.
The departure of the tour has been
changed and new departure time is 10AM
Wednesday
morning April 18 at Sheraton Perth hotel (not ARRC). Participator
is requested to send E-mail indicating the name(s) to
sane_ac-chair@mail.ieice.org. （Now about 30 members
are going to join the tour.） The plan
have not been perfectly fixed and may be changed. Please watch this
site.
(Destination)
: ESA
Deep-space ground station in New Norcia where
is 140 kilometers
north of Perth. The station is designed for deep-space
satellite missions and provides daily support to Mars Express. We will
access there by bus. Visiting for wineries
in Swanvalley is added.
(Fee)
: 133AUD ( Lunch in a restaurant is included. Tasting
fee in
winery is not included. ) Pay to
secretary of SANE, Fukushima-san or Okamura on the day.
Prospective
participant who has already
reserved but wants to cancel to join the tour is requested to send mail
until Tuesday April
3. Cancelling after the
due might
be requested for cancel charge.

12:00AM : Lunch in New Norcia Hotel
1:00PM : Visit New Norcia station and see the deep-space
antennas
2:30PM : Depart from New Norcia station.
4:00PM : Visit Wineries in Swanvalley
5:00PM : Depart from Swanvalley.
6:00PM : Arrive at Sheraton Perth Hotelin downtown

delayed due to traffic situation.
