Registration Fee

Participants, Regular: 60,000 JPY
Participants, Students: 40,000 JPY
Participants of Chilean resident, Regular: 20,000 JPY

The registration fee includes an electric copy ofthe conference proceedings, lunches and conference banquets. Except for "Participants of Chilean resident", the fee also includes Technical Visits.

Registration Due Dates

For every accepted paper, at least one author is requested to register by Author Registration Due (July 5, 2012). After this date, presentation slot may not be available and the manuscript may not appear in the proceedings.

Registration Due for Authors: July 30, 2012
Registration Due for Participants : October 31, 2012

Registration Procedure

Online Registration

APSITT2012 online registration is managed by AMARYS, a service of JTB, Corp. Online registration consists of two steps.

Select payment method and pay the registration fees

Payment

Both Credit Card and Bank Transfer are acceptable.

Credit Card is for residents outside Japan.
Bank Transfer is for residents inside Japan.
(Please pay the bank transfer fee on your own).

Cancellation Policy

Deadline of cancellation for participants is July 30, 2012.
Refunds will not be made after those dates.

Disclaimer

It is the policy of IEEE Communications Society technical co-sponsorship that participants information including names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses are informed to IEEE Communication Society.

VISA

It is recommended that the author contacts their local "Chilean Consular Offices" or "Official Website for Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Chile" to determine whether a VISA is required or not. According to the policy of APSITT2012 Organizing Committee, we can issue an invitation letter for only accepted authors.
