Registration is closed.

Registration Fee

Participants in Malaysia

30,000 JPY

Participants from outside Malaysia, Students

40,000 JPY

Participants from outside Malaysia, Regular

50,000 JPY

The registration fee includes access to conference sessions, one copy of the conference proceedings (in an electronic media format), lunches, ONE banquet and Technical Visit.

HOWEVER, registration fee for Participants in Malaysia does not include fees for Technical Visit.

Registration Due Dates

See schedules.

For every accepted paper, at least one author is requested to register by Author Registration Due. After the date, presentation slot may not be available and the manuscript may not appear in the proceedings.

Procedure

Online Registration

APSITT2010 online registration is managed by e-side regist online, a service of e-side, inc. Online registration consists of three steps.

1. Make registration selections, answer questionnaire
2. Create an e-side regist online basic account
3. Select payment method and pay the registration fees

Payment

Credit Card and Bank Transfer are acceptable for online registration fee payment.

• Credit Card is recommended for Participants from outside Japan.
• Bank Transfer is Recommended for Participants in Japan.
• For bank transfer, participants are asked to cover the cost of any bank fees applying to the tranfer of funds.
• Personal checks cannot be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Deadline of cancellation for authors is Mar 31, 2010 at 11:59 pm EDT Mar 12, 2010 11:59 EST and for other participants, Apr 30, 2010 at 5:00 pm JST. Refunds will not be made after those dates.
