IEEE PDF eXpress is available for APSITT authors now.
Authors of the accepted papers should follow the following steps to upload your final paper for APSITT 2010.
Camera-Ready versions of the accepted papers should be submitted by authors. TPC strongly recommends that authors clearly describe the originality and contribution of the work in the Camera-Ready papers. Camera-Ready papers should be in IEEE Format for Conference Proceedings, A4 size, double column, minimum 10-pt fonts and up to 6 pages.
For details of IEEE Format and PDF Creation process, go to Author Tools. The following templates are available for creating papers compliant to IEEE Format; Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings.
After creating Camera-Ready versions of papers, authors should use IEEE PDF eXpress to generate the PDF versions of the papers. PDF eXpress can also be used for checking the PDF files created by the authors, in order to verify they are compliant with PDF Specification for IEEE Xplore.
IEEE PDF eXpress service can be used as the following three steps:
Camera-Ready PDF version of the paper should be submitted using the EDAS Submission System.
If you have difficulty in submitting the file through EDAS by the due date, please notify to the contact address shown below.
In order to transfer the copyright of the articles submitted, all authors should agree with the copyright transfer to IEICE. Copyright transfer process is carried out via EDAS.
The copyrights of the final paper, including rights in for publishing in any media, are transferred to the IEICE. The authors retain the following rights:
Note that the copyrights of the papers uploaded to IEEE Xplore will not be transferred to IEEE, but remain with IEICE. In addition to copyright transfer, agreement on the inclusion of the papers in IEEE Xplore is required for accepting camera-ready papers.
Prospective authors are requested to submit a short abstract and an extended abstract in the following format.
Authors are required to submit their papers through the EDAS site for APSITT 2010 in three steps.

It is the APSITT2010 policy that accepted papers can be published
only when at least one author has registered for presentation.
Thus, authors will be requested to register along
with the camera ready manuscript.
The registration form will be open in a few days. (Feb 24, 2010)
