Overview

All authors should see here for the review process and criteria, the student grant application, and the presentation types for Full and Short Papers before preparing papers. At least one of the authors should register by the author registration deadline, and all registered papers should be presented by at least one of the authors.

Double-blind Review

Since the review process will be conducted in the "double-blind" style, submissions should be completely anonymized; There should be no indication of the authors' identities in the paper.

Paper Formatting and Templates

Full Papers should describe original contents with evaluations and must be no longer than 6 pages, including all text, figures, and references. Short papers should describe work in-progress as position papers and must be no longer than 4 pages, including all text, figures, and references. Papers exceeding the page limits will be rejected without review.

All papers must be in English and formatted according to the ACM proceedings style. Details will be announced soon.

The proceedings of CEA2017 will be published in the ACM Digital Library within its International Conference Proceedings Series. All papers must be written in English and should be formatted using the ACM proceedings templates.

After Acceptance

All accepted authors must submit the "ACM rights management form", which will be sent to the authors after the acceptance notification. An accepted paper will not be published in the proceedings if the authors do not submit this form by July 10th.

Presentation Instructions

Accepted Full Papers will be presented as oral and poster presentations. Accepted Short Papers will be presented as poster presentations. Each oral presentation is allocated 25 minutes in total: 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions. The poster should be A0-size, 1,189mm high x 841mm wide (portrait).
