Hotel Reservations for AP-MWP2006 Participants

Cancellation/Revision

*In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting cancellation fees as follows.
(Handling charge of JPY 400 per person is not refundable.)
*Please note all refunds will be made after the Conference.
*Please revise and/or cancel your reservation through the website.
*Cancellation fee when notice is given:
Till 4 days before the first night of stay No charge
2 to 3 days before the first night of stay 20% of total room charge
1 day before the first night of stay 50% of total room charge
The first night of stay or no notice given 100% of total room charge
