Pre-registration is strongly recommended. For each pre-registered attendant, a name card will be printed in advance and handed to the attendant together with all other items at the reception desk, which realizes the smooth registration operation. We would appreciate your cooperation.

The application deadline for reception and lunch is 17:00, 02/22/2024 (JST).

Registration fees have been determined as the table below. For all attendees, please pay by bank transfer in Japanese yen (JPY) in advance. Detail of the bank transfer will be informed individually after the registration.

Regular and student registration includes all conference items such as a program booklet and a proceedings PDF, a name card. (Conference reception is not included.)
