Prospective authors are invited to submit an electronic version (using PDF) of an extended abstract of their paper for review. The authors are required to select one from two paper types; Regular paper or Position Paper. Please see detail below. The authors of accepted papers (both regular and position papers) are requested to submit the final camera-ready manuscript that will appear in the workshop proceedings.

A regular paper presents a work where the research is completed or almost finished. It does not necessary means that the acceptance is as a full paper. It may be accepted as a "full paper" (oral presentation) or a "poster".

• Number of pages for camera-ready paper : 4 - 10 pages

A position paper presents an arguable opinion about an issue. The goal of a position paper is to convince the audience that your opinion is valid and worth listening to, without the need to present completed research work and/or validated results. It is, nevertheless, important to support your argument with evidence to ensure the validity of your claims. A position paper may be a short report and discussion of ideas, facts, situations, methods, procedures or results of scientific research (bibliographic, experimental, theoretical, or other) focused on one of the conference topic areas. The acceptance of a position paper is restricted to the categories of "poster", i.e. a position paper is not a candidate to acceptance as "full paper" (oral presentation)

The authors of accepted papers are requested to submit COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT at the time of camera-ready submission. Please read the IEICE Provisions of Copyright in the following link carefully and proceed to the online submission site if you agree with the provisions. The authors have to submit COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT after uploading final version of the manuscript. Please fill out the agreement completely and scan it to make the PDF file, which should be sent to the Publication Chair via E-mail below.

The online submission site is hosted on x128.secure.ne.jp for secure connection. Please check the certificate and accept it to proceed to the site.

Due to the policy of server operator, the online submission system cannot accept the files larger than 1MB. If you plan to submit the manuscripts larger than 1MB, please contact the publication chair: imqa2016pub(at)imqa.jp. We will tell you substitutive way to upload large files.
