Access:
Convenient Nagasaki City Tram is available for us.(Sorry, no
IWAIT shuttle.)
There is a tram stop in front of Prince Hotel Nagasaki
(Takaramachi station), and from there you can take a tram for Akasako, and the 10th stop is in front of Nagasaki Univ (14 minutes).
Nagasaki train station is on the same tram line, and it is in the
opposite direction of Nagasaki Univ. from Prince Hotel.

- Registration fee :
Student: 10,000 Yen
Other: 20,000 Yen
- Only Japanese Yen is accepted.
- Payment should be made at the registration desk (Central
Hall, also called Nakabe Hall) on the conference date only.
- Proceedings are provided only in paper format (not CD).
Extra proceedings are available at the registration desk for
5,000 Yen/copy.
- Program schedule
- An OHP projector and a PPT projector are both available
for oral presentation.
- Please note that each poster session includes a
short oral presentation (one minute / paper) using OHP.
Please prepare your sheet.
- The panel size for poster presentation is 210cm(H)x90cm(W).
All of this area is available
(although area near the bottom is too low for presentation).
