| 抄録(和) | 近年の高速シリアルデータ伝送で必須となるCDR-PLL回路のロックイン動作についての非線形モデルを用いた解析。PLL回路のプルインレンジがチャージポンプ電流アンバランスや位相比較器出力の非線形性によって制限されることを、動作モデルを用いた解析により明らかにする。さらに位相比較器の回路構成によってプルインレンジにどのような差が得られるかを回路シミュレーションとMATLABを用いたビヘイビアモデルシミュレーションで明らかにし、プルインレンジを改善する回路構成についての検討を行う. |
| 抄録(英) | The analysis of the lock-in process of CDR-PLLs using the nonlinear model of the phase detector is presented. The analysis of the behavioral model of the above circuits reveals that the pull-in lock range of the PLL is restricted by the mismatch current of the charge pump and the nonlinearity of the operation of the phase detector. In addition, this analysis shows the relation between the circuit configuration of the phase detector and the pull-in range. Finally we suggest the circuit configuration of the phase detector with the wide pull-in range from the results of the analysis. |
