| 抄録(和) | 生命現象の根幹を司る細胞を対象に、生きたまま観察するバイオイメージング技術が発展してきた。現在、この4次元情報を対象に、定量解析するための細胞内画像処理技術の開発が待ち望まれている。この新しい分野には、パターン認識や特徴抽出などの高次の画像処理技術が必要であり、パターン認識・メディア理解を専門とする皆様方の研究が生かされると確信しています。本講演では、皆様方に細胞内画像についての概要と必要とされる処理について紹介させていただくと共に、この新たな分野への参加のお誘いをさせていただきたい。 |
| 抄録(英) | Four-dimensional imaging of the living cell has become possible by the breakthrough of the living cell observation technology. The biologist needs the development of an intracellular image processing technology to analyze quantitative analysis for four-dimensional information obtained there. We are convinced that the research on everybody who makes the image processing a specialty is made the best use of for this new field. I will introduce the outline of an intracellular image and the needed processing to everybody. Let's start intracellular image processing. |
