Abstract(in English) We shall investigate herewith the effects of aroma and related stimuli concerned with beverages on the sensibility in terms of EEG fractal analyses. A novel analysis in terms of the fractal properties of EEG(electroencephalogram) is proposed in order to evaluate several kinds of sensibilities. The present results substantially imply that the English tea is found to emphasize fluttering and enjoyment rather than green tea. In conclusion, these results indicate that both English and green teas are considered to involve the effects of enjoyment related with relaxation and refreshing.
