| 抄録(和) | 補完推薦とは，あるアイテムに対して一緒に購入することが望ましいアイテムを推薦するタスクである．先行研究では，アイテム間の補完関係を示す教師ラベルの作成コストが高いことから，ユーザの閲覧や購買履歴を基にした教師ラベルが代用されている．しかし，現実の行動データには不規則なイベントによるノイズが多く含まれ，これらは補完アイテムの本来の定義に従った推薦と評価がなされていない可能性がある．本研究ではアイテムの機能面に注目した，ユーザの行動データに依存しない補完ラベルを再定義する． ラベルの品質を評価するために，アノテーションによる教師ラベルの収集を行い，決定木ベースモデルによるラベル分類の評価実験を行う．実験の結果，85%以上のラベル分類精度を確認し，提案ラベルによる実用的な補完推薦を実現している．さらに，ラベル分類に寄与する特徴量の観察により，補完関係の決定には商品をより詳細に説明する特徴量が必要な示唆を得ている． |
| 抄録(英) | Complementary recommendation is a task of recommending items that should be purchased together with an item. In previous studies, because of the high cost of creating ground truth labels that imply complementary relationships between items, labels based on user browsing and purchase history have been used instead. However, real-world behavioral data contains a lot of noise due to irregular events, and these may not be recommended and evaluated according to the original definition of complementary. This study redefines complementary labels that focus on the functional aspect of the item and are independent of the user's behavioral data. To evaluate the quality of labels, we collected annotated labels and conducted experiments to evaluate label classification using a decision tree-based model. Experimental results confirmed a label classification accuracy of over 85%, and the proposed labels provided practical complementary recommendations. Additionally, observations of the features contributing to label classification suggest that features that describe products in more detail are necessary to determine complementation relationships. |
