Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The neuromorphic system is a hardware-level biosimulation system that implements neuron and synaptic elements. It has the same advantages as the human brain, such as low power consumption and small size. Power consumption does not small with conventional memristor synapses. Therefore, we proposed the synapse of Memcapacitor for low power consumption. In this study, we created a capacitor-type synapse with ferroelectric thin film (Bi,La) 4 Ti 3 O 12 (BLT) and Pb(Zr,Ti)O3(PZT). Electrical characteristics were measured as a device evaluation. It showed usefulness as a synapse. Character correction learning was performed using capacitor-type synapses. The modified pattern matched the memorized pattern, indicating successful training.
