We will hold our annual public watermark competition on the basis of the standard evaluation criteria.
	The criteria will be updated year by year through such competitions with the aim of reaching a consensus on the criteria.
	Using the standard evaluation criteria, we will evaluate robust watermarking schemes in a public competition and will certify the best scheme.
	We will then call for attacks against the scheme.
	The standard evaluation criteria will be revised on the basis of the results of these attacks.
	We will continue the watermark competition and revising the standard evaluation criteria to promote the development of robust watermarking schemes.
